This hot/cold pack is specifically designed to fit into the EXCYABIR Hip Brace to provide maximum coverage to the hip while still allowing the hip to bend.  Gel can be heated up in a microwave for hot therapy or put in a freezer for cold therapy.  When the pad is frozen gel still remains flexible and contours to the hip.  T
